Abstract

Danilo Schultz was a musician born in Poços de Caldas (MG), active mainly in this city and in São Paulo (SP). In his musical activities, stands out his participation in regional groups and in Rodas de Choro events. He was also a guitar teacher in Antonio Ferruci Viviani Conservatory of Music. At 36, he was diagnosed with an advanced disease, which prompted him to record an album with his own compositions and to write a diary. The album was finished by his musical partners and released by a crowfounding project. This research, therefore, proposes a research of signifier of this process of making an album as an experience of collectivity and musical narrative.
