Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic brought telehealth procedures to attention also in the area of speech-language pathology. It demanded social distancing and restrictions in activities that lead to adaptations and new solutions. Persons with ASD are usually enrolled in SLP services due to hteir communication and behavioral disorders. It was important to consider the impact of the interruption of these services to these individuals. This is a retrospective study that will assess the outcomes of the continuity of SLP services conducted with telehealth resources. It will use the data collected during the period prior to the pandemic, 2019, while the service was conducted faca-to-face and during the pandemic, in 2020, with the tele-practice . | |
