Abstract

Considering the importance of teachers' participation in the school inclusion process, this research aims to understand these people's perspectives about autism in the context of the school inclusion process in regular education in the city of Bauru, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The methodology used in the analysis, from the perspective of psychoanalysis, of online semi­structured interviews with four regular school teachers who had contact with autistic students. The objective is to understand the main difficulties, characteristics, and benefits of the inclusion process of autistic students in regular education.(AU)
