Abstract

This scientific initiation project is part of a larger project entitled "The visibility of domestic violence in the institutional space", which proposes to know how the problem of violence against women, or gender domestic violence, is identified, monitored, and dealt with by the Serviço Especializado em Engenharia de Segurança e em Medicina do Trabalho - SESMT. As part of the larger project, this scientific initiation aims to carry out one of the objectives of the larger research, which refers to knowing about violence against women among health professionals, and workers at a teaching hospital, located in the central region of the city of São Paulo.
