Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious public health problem in Brazil and worldwide, still needs research that considers operational aspects of treatment and control of its dissemination. Considering this scenario, the need to develop an information system that enables interoperability between official systems and provides real-time patient path information throughout the information systems in health for quick and adequate clinical decision-making is essential. For this, the integration between the software development, operations, and involved support and the adoption of automated processes for the fast and safe production of applications and services is a primary role played by the developer. Providing an adequate development and testing infrastructure using mechanisms that allow analysis of the performance, practicality, interfaces, and usability of the software are desirable. In this project, the Scientific Initiation fellow will have the opportunity to learn about versioning control systems, servers, cloud computing, and the use of the Web Semantics in the integration of health information systems, specifically within the scope of Tuberculosis.(AU)
