Abstract

We propose in this project the continuation of the previous project where the foundations for simulation of electric and magnetic fields for distributions of static charges and stationary currents using models based on finite elements were developed. It was possible to demonstrate the effectiveness and precision of the proposed method as well as its use in various applications, in this project this will be approached and consolidated by comparison to precise experimental data. These applications will be useful for calculating complex charge/current distributions, providing quantitative details about the fields generated in the system for various geometries of interest. In this project, we propose the possibility of an optimized composition of models and geometries, as well as proposals for the simulation of permanent magnets. (AU)
