Abstract

This proposal is related to the development of complimentary material to a recently finished bi-national FAPESP project, 'Highrise Living and the Inclusive City'. Highrise investigated how current social production space processes reconfigure urban spaces and what is the capacity to an inclusive city. The project examined the production, living and surroundings of highrises (residential buildings with more then 10 floors or 30 meters high). Developed within a transdisciplinary theoritical-conceptual field, the project focused on recent aspects of urban transformation due to vertical living and verticalization processes. Under this framework, understanding architectural strategies not only as a (re)production tool of the urban space and an element of capital reproduction, but also as a joint entreprise between the financial market and the State. This research application details the activities and material to be developed directly related to Highrise's, particularly complimentary material to the time line and other important interactive products, especially by their relation between knowledge production and dissemination. It is important to point out that the digital means are the main platforms to graphic synthesise narratives, allowing the use of a wide variety of resources and approaches creating a rich experience to the user, with a far-reaching by remote acess. keywords: inclusive city, verticalization, digital tools (AU)
