Abstract

Aflatoxin is a high-risk substance that can be produced in the inadequate storage of peanuts, and can even promote cancer, because of this there is a serious demand for the evaluation of these grains during their storage. Using agriculture 4.0 technologies, the aim is to develop an application on an Android platform that receives data from environmental sensors of temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide release, and oxygen concentration; via Bluetooth communication or Wi-Fi connection, and then this data will be directed to a database to be evaluated. The application works synchronously, generating instant analyzes for the producer, and providing him with an easy view of the state of the grains in question. This project is underway at the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering of the State University of São Paulo "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", Tupã Campus, and has the support of the unit's automation research group, SINACI (Non-Classical Systems Applied to Computer Science).
