Abstract

This project aims at training the student in subjects related to optical spectroscopy of nanomaterials. Therefore, it is proposed a work in which the student will have experience with the assembly of optical systems, programming, and photo-physics studies of nanometric semiconductors. This will be achieved through the mounting of a photoluminescence spectroscopy system excited by absorption of one photon and characterization of the semiconductor nanomaterials' fluorescence quantum yield. After assembling the system, the student will use it to study the influence of different morphologies on the emission properties of perovskite nanomaterials and others.(AU)
