Abstract

Campo de Visão is a system of choral scenic improvisation that I have been developing for over thirty years. This research generated artistic results with the Companhia Elevador de Teatro Panorâmico, which I have directed for 22 years, and academics (written by me and also with other authors): articles, books, master's dissertations, doctoral theses and Free Teaching. Considering the history of this research in Performing Arts, fully created and developed in the national territory, this project aims to verify its effectiveness in the context of internationalization: application, debate, adaptations, transformations, etc. Procedures include an internship at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, under the supervision of Professor Paulo Filipe Monteiro; the application of the Campo de Visão in a course at the LEC - Laboratory of Scenic Experiments, at the Nova Communication Institute; artistic interaction with the Cia. Portuguese Teatro Cais 21, in which the Campo de Visão will be worked on as a creative procedure and language based on the material "Fragments of a Amorous Discourse", by Roland Barthes; interaction with the group of actors of researcher João Paiva on Madeira Island; interaction with the French company Cie. Théatrale L'Embarcadère, directed by Cyril Desclés, resident of the Le Lieu de l'Autre project in Arcueil, Paris, in the spaces of Anis Gras, in a workshop on Campo Visão. As a result, public presentations of the show "Fragmentos" are expected according to the schedule indicated in the attached Chronogram Fragmentos document and the production of an article that reflects and analyzes in detail the actions proposed here.
