Abstract

The analysis of metabolites, often as part of complex mixtures, is very challenging, but identifying the structure of their components is essential. The main objectives of the thematic proposal, on which this Scientific Initiation scholarship is requested, aim to identify and characterize some metabolites (more abundant) from soybean plants grown in the presence of nanoparticles. In this proposal, we intend to introduce 3D NMR experiments such as HSQC-DOSY to determine the structure of some compounds present in the mixtures.(AU)
