Abstract

The objective of the study will evaluate the influence of the incorporation of 10% nanohydroxyapatite in experimental infiltrant resin, the color stability will be obtained and sectional microhardness, compared to this experimental base infiltrant and to the commercial resin infiltrant Icon®, bovines of 6 x 6mm, selected at random. simulation of demineralization/remineralization cycles (des-re), for 7 days. After the formation of the white caries spot lesion, they will be infiltrated or not, according to the groups (MB: white spot; Ic: Icon®; E: experimental; EHap: experimental containing 10% nanoapatite). CIEL*a*b* values will be obtained by means of a spectrophotometer in two different periods, these values will be applied in the formula CIEL*a*b* (deltaE).of the CIE2000. The periods will be: (T1) before immersion and (T2) after immersion on the solution. The immersion will occur during 7 days with coffe. To evaluate the 6 x 6 hardness of the materials, the groups will also be infiltrated with other 3mm specimens, which will be contracted 3mm, which according to the re-cycles and according to the choice cycles. These will be sectioned in half in the direction, one half of the halves will be taken to the sectional microhardness test and the other half will be sanded in a polisher and, then, manually, until obtaining a thickness of 100mm to be visualized in optical microscopy by polarized light. . The will be tabulated and studied, not drawn, for later establishment of parametric statistical analysis and/or comparison of data between the groups of materials used, as well as carious material injury, with a significance level of 5%.
