Abstract

The use of nanotechnology in various sectors of society becomes increasingly harmful to the environment through alternatives of global changes, replacing environmentally harmful techniques and materials with sustainable alternatives, helping to mitigate global climate change. In agriculture, a quality application to improve the efficiency of different crops has been improving nanoparticles in the scientific literature. Thinking about this, the following project aims to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of auxin-carrying lignin nanoparticles (LNPs-AIA) on cherry tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) plants cultivated "Sweet grape". For this, tomato seeds will be immersed in solutions of different concentrations with treatments containing free auxins, lignin nanoparticles containing or not auxins and control treatments. Morphometric, anatomical and physiological analyzes will be carried out in the different experiments, evaluating from the development of the seedlings to the reproductive phase. It is expected that treatments with LNPs-AIA present similar or superior results when compared to control treatments and free auxins, in addition to clarifying through anatomical analysis, possible changes in the structure of organs analyzed.
