The construction industry is an essential agent in population development. It uses large volumes of various types of materials as inputs and also produces large amounts of waste. his paper seeks to find a mix for the production of concrete blocks with replacement of natural aggregates by construction and demolition waste (CDW), so that it is possible and feasible to apply in industries of the sector. To this end, the concept of particle packing Will be used in the dosage of concrete for sealing blocks, seeking the best mechanical performance, with lower cement consumption and, consequently, lower environmental impact. Thus, the study will begin with the characterization of the constituent materials of concrete: cement, sand, coarse aggregate and recycled aggregate (from CDW). Based on literature data, a reference mix will be defined by the traditional methodology and, applying Alfred's packing method, the distribution coefficient of each mixture will be determined, with the production of optimized mixes. After the production of the sealing blocks, the following properties will be evaluated: compressive strength and water absorption, besides the dimensional variations of the components.
