Abstract

Redox stress is associated with several toxicological and pathophysiological processes. Several combined processes used as possible biomarkers of this process were differentiated, being able to alkylate biomolecules such as DNA and proteins. These are important in cellular activity. In order to avoid the deleterious effects these aldehydes are detoxified enzymatically or through glutathionylation and subsequent metabolization to mercapturic results. , assessing the redox state in biological systems is still a major challenge. So, our potential assessment model, the glutathione model, our potential assessment model, the glutathione model, the assessment model, the glutathione potential, our goal assessment model, the glutathione, the glutathione model, the glutathione assessment model.
