Long-Term Symptoms of Covid in Patients Assisted by a Primary Health Care

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the symptoms of long-term Covid in patients assisted by a family health unit. It is an observational, cross-sectional and analytical study. This study will be carried out in Primary Health Care (PHC) of the municipality of São Carlos, State of São Paulo. The participants included will not be all those registered, under care at the PHC, as CID-10 Z20 (Covid-19 confirmed) in their records, in the period between 02/26/2020 and 02/26/2023. Initially, the data referring to the cases of Covid-19 will be collected in the e-SUS Notifica system (https://notifica.saude.gov.br), once the USF health professionals notify the cases directly in the system; Subsequently, the records of two respective users who were notified and confirmed as a case of Covid-19 will be analyzed. The variables will be analyzed descriptively and bivariately, by means of Spearman's correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%, in the R Studio Program.
