Abstract

The present proposal aims at the construction, study and characterization of electronic devices based on SnO2 nanowires subjected to different doses of electron irradiation and their application in light sensors. It is expected to modify the surface of nanowires via irradiation with electrons as an alternative form of control to be used in conjunction with the usual manufacturing processes for devices such as sensors or even photosensitive and/or photovoltaic devices.
