Abstract

The Project aims to determine some organic and inorganic species emitted in the food preparation. In the Project SOPRO, the emission fingerprints will be investigated. Samples (n=30) collected at IPT (instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas) will be submitted to extraction and the pollutants (water soluble ions, monosacharides and PAH) will be determined by chromatography.
