Abstract

Psychosocial risks are a reality in current work contexts, bringing consequences for the health of workers and for the organization where they work. In the school environment, this phenomenon is also present and identifying it will favor organizational policies more aligned with the health and well-being of teachers and improvement of school results, especially the teaching x learning relationship. The project aims to identify the presence of psychosocial risk factors present in the work context of teachers from 1st to 5th grade of elementary school in the municipal public network in the city of Bauru, in the center west of the state of São Paulo. It also aims to compare psychosocial risks with sociodemographic factors. From the results obtained, the project proposes to indicate some possibilities of interventions in the direction of mitigating the present risks. Elementary School teachers, working in the Municipal Public School of the city, will participate in the study.
