Abstract

One of the objectives of CPTEn is to provide assistance to public management, consolidating decision-making based on data regarding issues of electrical consumption and promoting conscious energy consumption by the public sector, strengthened by Decree 10,779 of 25/August/2021. To this end, a monthly updated database is planned with the electricity bills of all public organs in the State of São Paulo. This platform will provide visualization and public access for research purposes to any interested citizen (according to Law 12,527 of November 18, 2011). Thus, with the creation of the database proposed by CPTEnin its Axis I - Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for Energy Management, it will be possible to individually analyze the consumption profile according to each of the 9 identified categories of buildings. Having this in view, this Scientific Initiation project aims to allow the mapping of energy consumption data of public buildings in the category of all public buildings in the State of São Paulo, whose electric energy is provided by CPFL. The data extraction process consists of automating the download of the electricity rates for each of the public buildings supplied by CPFL and then develop a program capable of extracting all the information necessary to support a forecast of the future energy consumption of each building, which allows for more efficient energy planning, such forecast will be developed in another Initiation project Science within the CPTEn. It is essential to highlight that this project was planned to carry out data analysis separately, since the process of extracting energy tariff data is different for each of the energy distributors in the State of São Paulo and could vary even within each typology of public building, so a separation was made thinking about optimizing the workflow of the projects. Within this context, energy planning serves as financial and expansion planning, as well as how it provides knowledge of the impact that installing certain new equipment will have. This project has a high power of replication, and may have projected results for more than 30,100 properties, composing a huge database for studies. In this way, the importance of extracting and organizing these data is crucial to assist in the achievement of CPTEn's objectives, contributing to a betterenergy management of the various types of public buildings managed by the State and for the study of reducing energy costs, in addition to contributing to the transparency of consumption data for the population. Finally, it is veryimportant to point out that, with such formulations, the Infrastructure and Environment Secretariat can be supported in the submission of grounded and planned projects for the Public Call for Projects, by energy distributors, and for the PROCEL Call for Ideas, bringing technical resources and financial for the implementation of energy efficiency policies in the State of São Paulo.
