Abstract

This research aims to investigate how expressive activities, more specifically painting and drawing, as well as their creative process, help in the psychic transformation of a child.In order to achieve its purpose, in addition to the study of academic articles from the years 2010 to 2020, a field research will be carried out in a Municipal School in the city of Assis-SP. Data collection will be done through a field diary, which will contain the details of monitoring the routine of a teacher from the Municipal Network. The focus will be on observing the dynamics of the relationship that is established between teacher and students during activities and the movement that the group makes among themselves. In addition, the psychic and school benefits that can be obtained when performing expressive activities will be analyzed.The research is established on the premise that the expressive activities applied playfully during classes can be of great value in the development of the subject, given this factor, the main objective is to seek to understand how a teacher operates when explaining such artistic activities and the developments achieved. It is expected that the research reconciles academic articles related to the theme, making a bridge with the observation of practice,In short, the project is constituted by expressive activities and their potential to transform and constitute the subject's psyche, how they operate and their implications in the child's school life.
