Abstract

The research will aim to revisit and adapt the results of the studies of patterns of indigenous settlements in the Western Plateau of São Paulo, carried out by the Laboratory of Archeology Guarani and Landscape Studies (LAG) and the Museum of Regional Archeology (MAR) of FCT-UNESP, with to facilitate the understanding of geographical concepts for people with special needs. Reflecting on the resignification of the place with the contribution of Landscape Archeology, it is intended to revisit and adapt the results of the studies in order to make the processes of pre-colonial occupation understandable. To this end, it seeks to debate the concept of "Geography of Inclusion" based on the adjustments in the Undergraduate Course in Geography for the process of learning geographic concepts, contributing to the debate on the necessary adjustments in the field work and laboratory research practices archaeological in order to facilitate the understanding of the landscape of the pre-colonial period for blind and low vision people.
