Abstract

One of the objectives of this Thematic Project is to investigate the molecular mechanisms involved on the signaling of metabolic programming induced by amino acid restriction. For that we intend to run a high performance analysis, using the technique of RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) to elect potential candidates and test their participation on signal transduction in an amino acids restricted environment and the consequent metabolic alterations induced intracellularly.
