Abstract

Introduction: Home care (HC) is characterized by a set of health promotion actions and services, presented as a way for users to access health actions and services, allowing continuity of care. Despite being a relevant humanized training, bonding and access strategy, there is little scientific evidence on the perception of patients in the Family Health Strategy (FHS) team about HC. Objective: To analyze the perception and health status of users who require home care, in a medium-sized municipality in the interior of the State of São Paulo. Materials and Methods: After the consent of users (n = 60), a data collection will be carried out using the medical records of patients who are cared for by AD in the municipality, their profile (socio-educational and economic) and morbidities will be determined. Subsequently, an individual interview will be carried out with the users, which will be recorded on a digital voice recorder, using a guiding script containing questions related to AD, in addition, the EQ-5D questionnaire will be applied to analyze the health status and EQ- VAS to determine the value associated with health. Data analysis will be carried out using the qualitative-quantitative technique of the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD), using Qualiquantisoft®, in addition to the qualitative analysis of the data, a quantitative analysis will be carried out using descriptive statistics.
