Abstract

This internship project abroad aims to deepen the post-doctoral investigation, initiated in Brazil and funded by FAPESP, about the publication of dramaturgy in Brazil (yours dialogues with instances of orality in writing, based on theories of literature, and instances of the image, based on discussions about the artist's book). During the period in Paris, we wanted to carry out research around two points that involve the investigation of orality, as foreseen in the postdoctoral project: (1) deepening the work of the theorist Henri Meschonnic and his theory of rhythm and (2) the investigation about of the application of Meschonnic's thought in contemporary dramaturgy based on the research of professor Marion Chénetier-Alev. The in-situ study is necessary precisely because of the scarcity of Brazilian research that focuses on the indicated theories, the difficulty of accessing the necessary bibliography and mainly because of the possibility of direct dialogue with the researcher Chénetier-Alev regarding its application in contemporary dramaturgy. The objectives will be reached, mainly, from two methodological actions: (1) deep bibliographic survey, with references that can expand the reading about the rhythm theory coined by Henri Meschonnic; (2) orientation meetings with supervisor Marion Chénetier-Alev, professor-researcher at École Normale Supérieure. The expansion of the investigation of Meschonnic's work and equally the appropriation and dialogue with the questions raised by Chénetier-Alev, regarding the dialogue with the theater, will certainly contribute to the analysis of Brazilian publications, expanding even more the corporal and performative perspectives present in the written works of contemporary Brazilian theater.
