Abstract

Linked to the project "Dimensions of social quality as a stimulus for reflection in/on the school," this project aims to analyze the limits and potentialities of the group reflection process in a collective working group organized to discuss quality in the school. Methodologically, the research will be carried out in a municipal school in São Carlos-SP through the proposition of a collective working group, with data collection strategies guided by participant observation and analysis of records produced from the working group. It is expected to reveal which dimensions of social quality are recognized by the school and how this reflection can enhance the improvement of school processes.
