Abstract

O projeto implica o trabalho em laboratório de nível 2 e 3 com a infecção e monitoramento de infecção de vírus e clones infecciosos in vitro e em camundongos, bem como quaisquer manipulações que se fizerem necessárias nestes animais, como coleta de amostras biológicas. Treinamento em análises de sequências moleculares e de culturas 2D/3D
