Abstract

Although violence is a serious and persistent social problem in the country, research and implementation of effective interventions to address its impacts, especially with regard to mental health, are quite limited. The absence of research on the implementation of public health policies to address the effects of violence on the population results in a limited understanding of the best intervention models and the most appropriate strategies for the implementation of these policies. To address this gap, it is essential to invest in research designs that identify the obstacles and facilitators for the effective implementation of approaches that address the repercussions of violence and that promote collaboration between different sectors in order to develop integrated and multidisciplinary actions capable of fostering more responsive coping policies and practices (2). In this context, the role of Social Assistance services is highlighted, which play a role in in the care of people who are victims of violence, providing comprehensive and holistic support to help these individuals recover and rebuild their lives. Thus, the objective of this study will be, based on a framework of Implementation Science, to identify the barriers and facilitators for the implementation of the Support and Monitoring Network for Situations of Exposure to Violence (RASEV) in the northern district of Campinas-SP from the perspective of the workers of the Implementation Assistance services. The study will adopt the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) as a reference for investigating barriers and enablers at the system and service level, and at the individual level the Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF). The investigation will be operationalized through qualitative methods, adopting as a procedure the conduct of in-depth interviews with key informants.
