Abstract

The development of nanostructured devices needs to be investigated, proposing improvements, from the choice, synthesis and processing of the materials involved, to theits final architecture, guaranteeing high performance and reliability to be evaluated ina specific application. Therefore, this project intends to use graphene induced byplasma and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), synthesized by partners in this project, together with Poly(vinylidene fluoride) PVDF, which will be processed using the techniqueof electrospinning. The choice of materials and the form of processing were chosen because,Through a review of the literature, it became evident that there is a synergism between thesecomponents for greater energy efficiency, when used as nanogenerators(NGs), both in PENGs (Piezoelectric Nanogenerators) and in TENGs (TriboelectricNanogenerators). For this purpose, it is being proposed: i) Test the parameters ofsolubilization/dispersion of the materials involved; ii) Investigate the various parameters ofelectrospinning for the production of nanofibers and iii) Use characterization methods toanalyze the behavior and propose improvements in the production and architecture of the composite andend device. The materials involved and the device to be developed will becharacterized, through their properties: i) morphological, by Profilometry, Microscopyoptics, scanning and transmission electronics (MO, SEM and TEM); ii) structural, forRaman and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (Raman and FTIR); iii)thermal, by Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC);iv) electrical, by electrical measurement in direct current (DC) in direction d33
