Abstract

Contemporary times bring the change in energy paradigms, sustainability, social inclusion and the digitalization of work relations as complex challenges, especially for countries that are in the process of development and presente significant levels of technical, social and economic gaps, as is the Brazilian case. The greatest shortage of courses on renewable energy is in developing countries, so this is related to financial limitations and few qualified trainers [1]. These facts are corroborated by [2], who state that the dissemination of the use of renewable energy encounters technological, economic, sociocultural and institutional barriers. According to them, some technologies developed do not satisfy the perceived needs of users, while some do not even present effective costs. According to these authors, the major sociocultural and institutional barriers to the dissemination of renewable energy technologies must be overcome to a large extent. In this sense, they state that education in renewable energies would have to occur at a global and mass level and that non- school education on the subject should be aimed at those who were never able to attend school, the unemployed who abandoned their studies and adults interested in acquiring new skills and knowledge. For [3], an alternative form of education should be used to disseminate renewable energies, in order to configure learning that considers thesubjectivity of individuals, stimulates creativity and activates points of interest that can trigger connections with other issues and, thus, enabling the formation of a network of meanings. In order to promote emancipation through the appropriation of principles of distributed photovoltaic generation, educational processes different from those that take place at school are required for the formation of energy communities for low-income populations, since this reality is characterized by insufficient or non-existent education. of the target audience. Therefore, the approach used is Non-Formal Education, which starts from the concrete reality of the students and their motivations. In this context, pedagogical resources are necessary to facilitate learning, so ICTs constitute a valid and efficient resource, since the use of cell phones is currently quite widespread in the general population, even among the poorest. Therefore, the purpose of this IC project is to develop a pedagogical and playful application, for use in a context of low education, with the purpose of reinforcing concepts learned in training workshops.
