Abstract

Introduction: Sharing content online has become an integral part of modern society. The content creator or the scientific researcher himself began to share knowledge, practices, and results not only in renowned scientific journals but in these new web environments. After all, today's researchers, in addition to research, understand that they need to publicize their practices and discoveries, promoting changes in behavior or mobilizations. Objective: To produce short videos for the social networks of Fish for Health Project. It is proposed to disseminate information and guidance content, aimed at raising awareness about the health benefits of fish and encouraging increased fish consumption, as an alternative healthier for red and processed meat, as well as ultra-processed foods, in the fight against obesity, heart disease, and associated illnesses in the State of São Paulo and Brazil. Methods: Through scientific journalism training, applications or platforms for video editing will be listed to select the one that best suits the needs of the project and the institutional structure of the center. In conjunction with the training, Fish for Health team will share content about fish and its benefits so that the duo can improve the content in video form to publish on the project's social networks. Expected results: The duo will create 15 videos in the form of reels for the Fish for Healt Project's social networks, being involved and responsible for collecting information, creating the script, selecting images and editing techniques, creating, publishing, and analyzing metrics. In this way, it is hoped to achieve more visibility for the theme and the project, in addition to collaborating with the duo's technical training in scientific journalism and serving as an example of digital marketing for other researchers and academia in general.
