Abstract

The Master's student will monitor the rearing, fattening, and slaughter management of the steers, assisting in the implementation of good management practices during these stages. Additionally, the student will be responsible for assisting in weighing, blood collection, and carcass ultrasound at the time of weaning, periodically during rearing, at the start, middle, and end of the finishing phase, and will actively participate in the supplementation of these animals in a grazing system throughout the rearing and confinement management. The student will also participate in the collection and preparation of samples for metabolomic analysis, data analysis, and the writing of scientific abstracts for the publication of summaries and scientific articles.
