Abstract

Microneedles (MNs) form a safe and minimally invasive platform for topical and systemic use. These technologies can increase population access to point-of-care therapies by reducing costs and well-being, successful diagnosis and prognosis, increasing comfort, and reducing side effects. We plan to use solid MN systems without a surface hole or hollow shaft combined with monoclonal antibodies to validate transdermal biosensing for psoriasis prognosis by constructing lateral flow assay (FLA) devices coupled with electrochemical biosensors.
