Abstract

This postdoctoral project aims to develop a tool to support collaborative governance or co-creation, based on a theoretical framework based on the literature on the SDGs, sustainability indicators, resilience, and sustainable transformation, with a view to improving cross-sectoral and transdisciplinary cooperation between the state/municipalities and society/citizens, taking into account the peculiarities of a small municipality with a tourism vocation, but with the potential to transfer the tool to other contexts. The expectation is to arrive at a system of indicators that is contextualised and aligned with the SDGs, whose experimental application in the tourism policy of the municipality of São Bento do Sapucaí should be monitored by the scholarship holder and critically analysed with a view to subsequent improvement.
