Abstract

We aim to identify factors associated with Food Insecurity using heterogeneous data from multiple sources and graph modeling. The proposed methodology includes data collection and pre-processing, exploratory analysis and the application of complex network techniques to identify patterns and relationships between variables. In addition, statistical and machine learning models will be used to deepen the analysis. The activity schedule is distributed over nine months, with specific steps for each phase of the project, from the literature review to the dissemination of results and public policy proposals. This plan aims to provide a structured and detailed approach to investigating Food Insecurity, using advanced techniques for a deeper understanding of the factors involved. Finally, the candidate intends to carry out a technical visit in Brazil or abroad at a center of research excellence to be defined according to the methodological demands in the development of the project.
