Abstract

This research explores the connections between trauma, individual characteristics and environmental factors that influence behavior, access to rights, social and educational inclusion in women released from the prison system. Despite reintegration efforts and educational potential, significant challenges remain. The study aims to fill gaps in this nascent field, emphasizing the need for a systemic and interactionist approach. By amplifying women's voices and experiences, the research seeks to better understand the complexities of behavior and access to constitutional rights. The general objective of this study will be to verify the experiences associated with the behavior of women released from the prison system. As specific objectives, sociodemographic variations must be verified; Identify the scope of your rights; analyze the effectiveness of public policies and understand experiences of social and educational inclusion. This is a multi-method, field research, with a cross-sectional approach. The sample will be by snowball, where women recently released from the prison system will be invited. The following instruments will be used: semi-structured interview and WHOQOL-bref. The data will be analyzed with the help of IRaMuTeQ and JASP software. The expected results include the characterization of the experiences of women released from the prison system related to criminal behavior, social and educational inclusion, as well as the analysis of access to rights and effectiveness of public policies.
