Abstract

The de-replication process is used in metabolomic analyses for the annotation of already identified substances. When this process cannot suggest a known chemical structure, it indicates the possibility of the presence of a potentially new structure. Thus, the present project is a continuation of the metabolomic analysis project of parasitic plants versus host plants, aiming at the isolation of substances that could not be de-replicated.
