Abstract

This study examines how young people in Assisted Freedom construct their life projects, aligning with Human Rights Education and emphasizing the protection of these adolescents' rights, aiming to promote ethical, critical, and political formation, beyond what is stipulated by legislation, ensuring learning. In the context of socio-educational measures such as Community Service, Assisted Freedom, Semi-liberty, or Internment, it is essential for the care program to develop the Individual Care Plan (PIA) with the active participation of the adolescent and their family. This plan is an "instrument of forecasting, recording, and managing activities" (BRAZIL, 2012, art. 52). SINASE (2012) establishes that the Life Project should be part of the PIA. However, many young people face learning difficulties and school delays, hindering the construction of future perspectives. This Scientific Initiation research analyzes how the Escrevivências workshops contribute to these adolescents' learning and future projection. Evaristo's "escrevivência" is not intended for abstraction but for concrete existence, allowing a reconstruction of writing related to the black individual, based on their own biographies and subjectivities, moving away from a Eurocentric and prejudiced vision. This opens new spaces for an urgent historical, social, economic, cultural, and literary reorganization.
