Abstract

- Graphical representation of the constituent systems of the cell;- Preparation of the parts list and necessary manufacturing drawings;- Physical arrangement (layout) of the systems to be integrated;- Assistance with the assembly activities of the sealing cell;- Simulations and use of offline programming techniques;- Time and motion studies to measure process efficiency;- Investigation of process parameters (speeds, trajectories, and deposition);- Functional tests and validation of the integrated systems;- Process monitoring, recording, and technical analysis;- Multidisciplinary collaboration.
