Abstract

In this project, we aim to incorporate virus-like particles and antigenic proteins into ordered mesoporous silica particles, such as SBA-15 and others synthesized by us (containing different surface functionalizations), and employ the spectroscopy of circular dichroism to investigate the secondary structure of these proteins when incorporated into mesoporous silica.
