Abstract

The present work plan aims to investigate the formation of the ultrasonic phosphate bonding (LUF) in bioactive glass particles through infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The strategy consists of selecting three different materials that do not contain phosphorus in their chemical composition, for example, TiO¿, Nb¿O¿, and SiO¿, with the intention of analyzing the efficiency of the method in assembling a three-dimensional structure, leaving the investigation of bioactive glasses for a second stage. This approach is important to simplify the spectra and facilitate the understanding of the events that occur in the LUF method. Complementary studies using ³¹P RMN may be carried out to elucidate the mechanism.
