Abstract

This is the research project of Marcelo Machado Lage, a student at the University of São Paulo, for the FAPESP Research Internship Abroad (BEPE) program, to be carried out at the Universidad de Chile under the supervision of Professor Matías Pavez-Signé.The objective of this project is to study contemporary problems in Ramsey Theory using methods from extremal, asymptotic, and probabilistic combinatorics.
