Abstract

Asthma is one of the most prevalent diseases of childhood and adolescence. In Brazil it is estimated a prevalence of 20%. Among the triggering factors for asthma are the environmental pollutants. The objective of this project is to estimate the role of these pollutants in the genesis of asthma in a city of medium size by using time series and regression analysis of Poisson (AU)
