Abstract

This paper aims to identify and analyse what is the vision / understanding that undergraduate nursing student at EERP-USP has about "integrality ", one of the guiding lines of health care in SUS. One of change invested in vocational training in health was the formulation of the National Curriculum Guidelines (NCG) and one of the institutions of higher education, dedicated to nursing of education that is acting in the curriculum reform in the direction of NCG is the School of Nursing of Ribeirao Preto. The choice of subjects of the search will cover students from last year of the Bachelor course, it is proposed that the study be conducted in two stages. The first will apply a questionnaire items made from the Guidelines of National Curricular Graduate Course in Nursing; seeking a mapping of those identified by students as present in their training considering the DCN for Nursing and enabling draw the context in which these students are immersed. They also allow show the student understanding about the development of course based on integrality. The second stage will be held semi-structured interview aiming to capture the vision that student has built over the meaning and practice of integrality health care and nursing care.
