Abstract

We pretens to devenlop a cathode to biofuel cells by using the enzyme Laccase with biocatalyst to convert the biochemical energy proportionated by its biocatalytical activity to electrical energy. The efficience of operation from this biocells will be studied with the addition of imobilizator of proteíns and mediators to the process of electrons transfer. The caracterization of substance and electrodical materials will be realizated by spectrophotometrical, nanogravimetrical and electrochemical techniques.
