Touch Trigger Probes linked to CNC commands are a useful tool for dimensional control of manufactured parts. Also they are used as a tool to compensate flank wear, simplify and speed setup, to create statistical database of process and others. The use of Touch Trigger Probes attached to CNC Machines has become a world standard. Nowadays, part of the new Machine Tools already has a built-in Touch Trigger probes attached. However, some barriers still need to be transposed, like the high costs of these equipments, which hinder it to be bought from small and medium size companies. This undergraduate research leads to development of a simply computational interface, with graphic screens that allow the use of touch-triggers in a intuitive way by machine operators. This work come to complement the Phd project entitled “Estudo e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas de Medição em Processo para Aplicações em Usinagem com Máquinas-Ferramentas CNC”, (FAPESP process No. 2005/00031-7) that pretend to turn able to produce touch-triggers capable to realize tridimensional measurements with national technology and low cost and the undergraduate research entitled “Desenvolvimento de uma Interface Eletrônica de Tratamento de Sinal Analógico para uso em "Touch-Trigger Probes" em Máquinas-Ferramentas CNC”, (FAPESP process No. 2006/02728-8).
