Abstract

This work to analyze the documentary flows in business environments and the documentary management, characterizing the types and uses of the organic information (produced internally to the organization), as well as the impact caused by the technologies of information and communication (TICs), whose use tappet to the growing proliferation of documents generated in environment electronic\digital, influencing in a change of paradigm in the scientific field of Arquivologia, because the area lacks documentary management integrated that includes since production, treatment, storage, access and use of documentary mass produced by organizations. In that sense, emerge space for the development studies come arises back for documentary management in business environments, aiming at help the development of activities, the decision process and the planning actions of short, medium and long term, so much for producers how much for users of that type information. Beyond that, the management documentary flows is the base for establish archivistic parameters for permanent guard of documents that possess character to prove, lawful and legal of organizational activities. The organic information is essential for the decision process in organizational scope. Therefore, this research proposing to analyze systems, process, methods and techniques applied to documentary management, seeking practical and theoretical parameters for manage efficient the documentary flows in business environments.
