This thesis aims to understand the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) (Landless Farmworkers' Movement) and its relationship with the two Lula da Silva governments. For this, the land reform policies of the Lula government are analyzed between the years 2003-2010, and the vision about them by the land struggle protagonists in the State of São Paulo. We compared the testimony of the camped, the settled and leaders from the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra, from the Settlement Camp Reunidas and the Settlement Camp Argentina Maria, located in the city of Promissão/SP. We observe the similarities and differences in analysis of land reform policies of the Lula government of each interviewed segment. We found that between these segments of actors of the land struggle that make up the MST, there is no uniform view on Land Reform policies of the Lula government. Among camped we perceive the disappointment regarding the delay in the access to land and also with the non-execution of public policies where they are covered, and thus their testimonies express the abandonment that they feel for this Government. Now the settled feel contemplated with some government programs such as the Food Acquisition Program (PAA), the National School Feeding Programme (PNAE), among others, but still, they criticize the government because they believe it could have contributed more to the implementation of land reform in Brazil, mainly through better planning of production policies, commercialization and marketing of their agricultural products. It is observed so that the camped, settled and leaders of the MST, are diverse segments within the movement, and that although the movement has access to land as a major goal of its existence, both the settled and the camped, and respectively the leaders of the camp and the settlement have different demands and assessments with regard to land reform policies of the Lula government. The testimony of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra protagonists on land reform policies between 2003-2010 allow more extensive knowledge of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST).
