Abstract

This thesis proposes a new reading and interpretation of art concepts, Mimesis , Action, Catharsis and Metaphor , present in the " Poetics " of Aristotle, fundamental work of Western aesthetic thought . Leaning on analogies with other works of Aristotle and an intersection with the major modern theories of interpretation, the goal is to infer a set of guidelines for the actor , contributing to the expansion of Poetics of reading possibilities as well as contemporary theories of art of the actor (AU)
