In the present work, we applied a bioinformatic pipeline to process and analyse data from total RNA-seq strand-oriented generated in our laboratory from matched samples of tumor and non-tumor adjacent pancreatic tissue from 14 patients with the goal of generate a high resolution catalog of the composition and the alterations in the transcriptome of PDAC, including protein coding and non coding genes.
